▍Introduction to the New Centrifugal Laundry Machine GWS
1. A unique 360-degree washing technology originating from Spain, featuring a dual-action of dropping and compression, delivering higher mechanical force and superior cleaning performance (with a rewash rate no higher than 1%), reducing friction-related damage, and extending the service life of linens.
2. Achieves faster washing speeds with lower resource consumption (water usage: 6 L/kg; steam: 0.4 kg/kg; power consumption: 0.02 kWh/kg)—saving 50% compared to a single machine and 10% compared to conventional laundry machines.
3. Each compartment features dual water inlets, dual water outlets, single or dual heating systems, four chemical additive ports, and modular variable-frequency speed control. The washing program can be freely adjusted just like a standalone machine, without being constrained by conventional washing processes. Utilizing centrifugal dehydration, this system is capable of handling various types of textiles—including bedding, woolen fabrics, tablecloths, uniforms, surgical garments, and more—overcoming the limitations of traditional squeezing methods and significantly reducing fabric damage.
4. Multiple specialized hygiene measures offer enhanced applicability and safety. The rinse cycle prevents backflow, enabling mixed-load washing without the need to change the water in the tank. It can continuously wash fabrics of varying degrees of soiling—both heavily and lightly stained—as well as fabrics of small quantities, and can be started at any time to wash even a small batch of laundry.
5. Major components are all sourced from imported or joint-venture brands to ensure reliable operation. Most standardized parts can be procured locally, enabling quick repairs and replacements. The main structural components are made of SUS304 stainless steel, offering an extended service life.
6. Modular design with a compact footprint, easy disassembly and assembly, and no restrictions on installation or operating conditions (can be used in basements or on upper floors). Additionally, the capacity can be flexibly expanded by adding additional modules as needed.
7. The front end of the laundry dryer is equipped with a ramp-loading mechanism (with an optional dump-loader option). At the rear end of the centrifuge, there’s a right-angle shuttle cart (or a hydraulic shuttle cart) paired with a through-type dryer, enabling automated loading and unloading of the dryer and significantly improving efficiency.
