▍Introduction to the Centrifuge FE500
1. The centrifuge is connected to the front-end laundry tunnel equipment via a lifting hopper. During the discharge phase of the laundry tunnel, the hopper descends, allowing the textiles to enter the rotating drum inside the centrifuge through the hopper. Once loading is complete, the hopper rises to the top position; when it’s time to load again, it descends once more to the bottom. The feed and discharge ports of the centrifugal dewatering machine are located at the front and rear ends of the centrifuge, respectively.
2. The stainless steel inner drum, specially perforated and additionally polished, ensures that it will not damage high-count synthetic fiber laundry fabrics. The dehydration cycle for cotton fabrics lasts no longer than 5 minutes, while the dehydration cycle for synthetic or blended fabrics lasts no longer than 4 minutes (including loading and unloading time). The machine features rapid deceleration start-up and braking capabilities, with a dehydration centrifugal force of at least 500G and stepless frequency conversion adjustment. After dehydration, the moisture content of the laundry fabrics does not exceed 47% to 55%.
3. Equipped with an external safety frame and panel, shock-absorbing air bags, belts, an integral bearing housing, automatic lubrication for bearings, automatic over-vibration detection, and balanced distribution; in the dehydration position, to ensure safe operation during the dehydration process, the centrifuge’s dehydrated suspension is secured by locking cylinders on both the left and right sides.
4. Equipped with a cylinder-lift-type laundry conveyor discharge transition device, featuring a stainless steel hopper and upright column; equipped with a stainless steel recycled water filtration tank, all-stainless steel piping and valves, and fitted with a plush fiber filter unit.
5. The water generated during the centrifuge dehydration process can be recycled and reused. The control system is equipped with a set of water tank control points for recycling or discharging water. The system can be connected according to actual needs, featuring loose discharge and an inner liner made of nylon isolation layer to ensure smooth material discharge. It is also fitted with an automatic discharge conveyor belt. The centrifuge comes with its own discharge conveyor line; as it rotates and discharges materials, the textiles are transferred via the conveyor line to subsequent connected equipment.
6. Equipped with an industrial-grade control PC featuring network communication capabilities, the system can input and output production data and information, and supports remote monitoring and diagnostics. The system includes reserved (but not standard) configuration features and interfaces for energy consumption management—though corresponding sensors must be configured to enable real-time statistics and recording functions. The system’s device communication and control system employs various communication and control methods to achieve comprehensive automated management functions, including inter-device communication, communication among different control modules within a single device, and remote device management.▍Technical Parameters
