High-speed double-sided flattening machine

High efficiency: Speed can reach up to 50 m/min; when paired with a Wieser spreading machine and a folding machine, the hourly output can exceed 1,000 bed sheets and over 700 duvet covers.
Energy saving: Steam consumption is 280–340 kg/hour (depending on the actual operating pressure).
The total power of the entire machine is 3 kW.
Feature: The S-shaped design allows both sides of the fabric to be ironed evenly, effectively improving ironing smoothness and making it particularly suitable for multi-layer fabrics such as duvet covers.
It can still operate normally under steam pressures below 0.1 MPa, making it especially suitable for customers experiencing unstable steam pressure.

Four-station mop machine

Equipped with multi-station feeding function, it boasts high fabric spreading efficiency, fast speed, convenient operation, and energy savings.
Large textiles such as flat-bed sheets, duvet covers, and tablecloths that can be flattened.
Equipped with servo motor control, it is suitable for various types of sheets and duvet covers and delivers excellent flattening performance.
Adopting a touch screen enables computer control, precise metering of feed quantity, and facilitates operational management.

Mid-level high-lift system

Equipped with a touch-screen programmable computer control, each workstation features a counting function.
Each workstation is controlled by a servo motor, enhancing positioning accuracy, and the workstations are expandable.
Batch-accumulated linens can be processed quickly, allowing the spreading machine to operate continuously without interruption, thereby improving the utilization rate of the ironing production line while reducing the number of floor carts and lowering workers' labor intensity.

High-speed folding machine, stacking machine

Equipped with an integrated, all-in-one exhaust hood that reduces energy consumption and protects the environment.
Equally balanced differential design at all speed levels, delivering perfect ironing results.

Roller-type ironing machine

Number of rollers: 3–6; roller diameter: 800 mm; working speed: 0–50 meters/minute.
Variable-frequency stepless speed regulation, differential-speed linkage, and quiet, stable operation with low noise;
The CNC machining’s integrated modular chassis and high-precision roller shafts ensure smoother operation.
Separate steam-type condensate drainage, equipped with a safety valve and pressure gauge for monitoring; withstands pressures up to 0.8 MPa, providing reliable safety assurance.

Trough ironing machine

The roller, trough body, support cylinder, roller swing plate, rear support connecting rod, and balance shaft together form an adaptive balanced-pressure balancing linkage mechanism, ensuring more uniform pressure between the roller and the trough surface.
The feed roller and all other rollers are driven by a single motor with variable-frequency control. Speed-adjusting pulleys are directly installed and adjusted to set and maintain the speed differences among the rollers, ensuring high-quality ironing performance.
It uses Japanese-made roller springs and British-made heat-resistant felt with excellent friction and breathability. Combined with adjustable ironing groove pressure, this ensures a more even ironing pressure, thereby achieving a more ideal ironing effect.

Palletizer

Used in conjunction with the folding mechanism to achieve automatic alignment, stacking, and conveying.
Segmented conveyor belt design for easy integration with automated transfer lines and independent continuous operation;
Variable-frequency drive motor, T-shaped hinged flip mechanism—simple and reliable.

Fabric feeding machine

High-efficiency fans and optimally designed duct structures deliver powerful airflow, ensuring smooth, even, and effortless fabric feeding, thereby achieving high-quality finishing results for pillowcases, napkins, and tablecloths.
